Walnut-Arugula Pesto

This is a great alternative to your traditional basil pesto, we substitute bitter greens and omega-rich walnuts, Plus it is dairy free!  Give it a try on your favorite pasta, zoodles, veggies, fish or chicken.

WALNUT-ARUGULA PESTO

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Arugula, packed
  • ½ cup raw Walnuts
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Lemon, rind and juice
  • ¼ cup Walnut oil
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth
  2. Use to top your favorite pasta, fish, or chicken
