WALNUT-ARUGULA PESTO

Ingredients
- 2 cups Arugula, packed
- ½ cup raw Walnuts
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Lemon, rind and juice
- ¼ cup Walnut oil
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth
- Use to top your favorite pasta, fish, or chicken
